I was unsure what to expect, but Maria discussed it before starting the session, and I felt very comfortable from the first session. I found the sessions of hypnotherapy extremely helpful for me. I suffer from anxiety and find it easy to get overwhelmed with stress, but after each session with Maria, I felt completely refreshed, at ease and in a more positive state of mind. I also noticed that as I had more sessions, I became more relaxed in each session, even falling asleep a couple of times in the final few sessions!   • "Before I came to see Maria, I was really struggling with anxiety and stress. I found that I was not coping with day-to-day things. Maria clearly explained what was going to happen throughout the sessions and made me feel very at ease.
